Adv. Craniosacral Therapy | Senior Yoga Teacher
My path into health has been shaped by movement, nature, and a deep curiosity about the body. Growing up in Brazil, I spent much of my time outdoors, exploring mountains and waterfalls with my family, and staying active through sport. My grandmother’s use of herbs and natural remedies introduced me early on to a more holistic way of caring for the body, which has stayed with me ever since.
In 1998, I first studied a Bachelor of Physical Education and Sports, developing a strong foundation in biomechanics and functional movement. Over the past 15+ years as a remedial therapist, I’ve worked across a range of hands-on modalities such as, deep tissue therapy, sports and pregnancy massage, craniosacral therapy, dry needling, and cupping, supporting people through pain, injury, and recovery. My experiences showed me that physical discomfort is often connected to stress and internal imbalance, which led me to further study and complete a Bachelor of Health Science (Acupuncture Therapies).
Guided by my philosophy, “Breathe deeply, return to stillness,” my work today brings together clinical knowledge and a more intuitive, holistic approach, influenced by my background in yoga and long-term meditation practice. I value the connection between body, breath, and mind, and aim to support each person in a way that feels both grounded and personalised.
I believe healing happens when we create the space for the body to return to balance. My intention is to help you reconnect, release tension, and restore a sense of ease, gently and naturally. I look forward to supporting you on your path to better health.
