At Ultra Health Therapies, we are committed to health and wellbeing. To provide the best service we can for everyone, we do have a 12-hour cancellation policy.
We know that life can get busy and understand that sometimes treatments must be rescheduled or cancelled.
If you do need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give us 12 hours’ notice so we can offer your appointment to someone else, and you can avoid cancellation fees.
We appreciate your understanding that if you do miss or forget an appointment without giving us sufficient notice, we will charge the full fee for the missed appointment. The full fee will need to be paid before your next appointment.
