A TREATMENT WHICH EXCITES
EVERY SENSE AND PROMOTES
HEALTH AND WELL-BEING
The perfect introduction for those new to massage. This massage is soft and relaxing and ideal for circulation improvement and stress reduction.
A massage that works deep into the muscle to release adhesions and tightness whilst elongating each muscle to its original length. It relies on deep breathing and using your mind for communication to the muscle cells, which assists in releasing tension and stress.
A trigger point is a hypersensitive spot within the muscle, which, when a muscle becomes contracted or tight, is the focus area of tightness. The fastest way to release a contracted muscle and the pain producing trigger point is by compressing the exact spot where it is located. This relaxes the trigger point, consequently releasing the whole muscle. During this massage, trigger points are located and then systematically worked on until they are released. Whether you have specific pain or just wish to relax tightness in your muscles, each trigger point therapy is customised to suit your individual needs.
Pregnancy is a time of great changes, when your entire body adapts to the new life growing within. Massage is a wonderful way to relax, increase your energy and relieve discomfort during your pregnancy. The caring touch of massage can help you experience your changing body in a positive, accepting way.
About Stacey Dingley
I am passionate about my work and find giving massage almost as relaxing as receiving it! I have a deep respect for the need to balance activity with rest to allow the body time to heal and return to wellness. I value building strong relationships with my clients so that I understand their needs and goals not only from a physical perspective, but from mental, emotional, and spiritual perspectives as well.
I treat from a place of heartfelt presence.I am licensed to practice massage in Queensland, graduated with a Diploma from The Massage School of Queensland in 2007 along with a Diploma in Shiatsu and Oriental Therapies. I am a member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists (AAMT). I studied at The British School of Complimentary Therapies and graduated with a Diploma in Reflexology (2001). When I am not massaging, I enjoy being outdoors, running, swimming and grounding myself in the art of TaiChi and Qigong in the park.
