The Conscious Living Weight Loss program has nothing to do with diets, meal plans, or exercise but rather looks to rewire your brain, eliminating emotional triggers and old beliefs that may cause unhealthy lifestyle habits.
It has been shown that most people don’t find dieting effective long term, as eating healthy and exercising are often only superficial solutions to the greater problem. Change must come from within and this program looks to uncover and release the greater problems that may have caused you to lead an unhealthy lifestyle.

What to expect during the program
Step 1: Free 30 Minute Consultation
We review your goals and desires for long-term wellness and your commitment to our sessions and setting appointments. During your consultation, we will also discuss the program in detail and the costs associated.
Step 2: Initial Session – 90 min
We provide a thorough assessment of your current situation and go through the steps we need to take on how to create your ‘best self’. We look at your motivations and set goals to help you achieve your optimum life.
During your initial Intuitive Therapy session, we may discover:
- You and your past diets and yo-yo weight tendencies
- What affects your weight increase, including your emotions, feelings, and fears
- The holistic effects of your health issues covering your mind, body, and spirit
- Your life journey time-line assessment
- Any underlying medical conditions and any daily medications you may be taking
- Your habits to be shifted
- Your shape, size, and weight goals
- How to adjust your food intake
- Your relationships with yourself and others in your life.
Step 3: Session 2 & 3 – 60 min each
During these sessions, we look at your progress via your measurements and weight and create your unique Wellness Journey Road Map in order to track your success, goals, and dreams.
Step 4: Session 4 – Final Session – 60 min
During this session, we look at your progress via your measurements and weight and review your unique Wellness Journey Road Map in order to track your success, goals, and dreams.
Using hypnotherapy, our practitioners will assist you to rewire your brain in order to enact change, build self-esteem, ensure healthy food intake, assist you in making right choices when it comes to health, assist you to limit the food you eat, deal with life stresses and help you with motivation to stay on track.
Follow Up Calls
After the initial session is completed, follow up calls will be provided to continue supporting you with your wellness journey to success.
